Intake

Every plaintiff reaches a person,
not a voicemail.

Specter Voice answers the call, qualifies the caller against your criteria, books the consult and runs the follow-up, at 11pm on a Sunday as readily as on a Tuesday morning.

Specter Voice is an AI intake system for plaintiff and mass tort law firms. It answers inbound calls on the first ring at any hour, qualifies each caller against the firm’s own criteria, books the consultation into the attorney’s calendar, and runs the outbound follow-up for records, authorisations and missed appointments. It exists because prospective clients call at nights and weekends, and a caller who reaches voicemail calls the next firm on the list.

01 / What it does

Every call answered. Every lead worked.

Your intake team cannot answer every call the moment it comes in. Specter Voice does. It answers instantly, qualifies against your criteria, and moves the right cases forward before the prospect calls another firm.

01

Every call gets answered

After hours, at weekends, or while your team is already on another line. Every caller gets an immediate response instead of a voicemail.

24/7 coverageNo hold queue
02

Qualified to your criteria

Voice asks the questions your intake team would (injury, exposure, jurisdiction, statute and the case-specific criteria), using your firm's own scripts and qualification rules.

03

Every qualified lead moves forward

The consultation is booked while they are still on the phone. Then the follow-up runs itself (records, retainers, missed appointments and incomplete intake) until the next step is done.

02 / How a call runs

From ring to booked consult.

Six steps, none of which wait for business hours.

03 / The standard

From first ring to signed client.

Specter runs the work between someone calling your firm and your team knowing exactly what to do next.

04 / Questions

Specter Voice, answered.

Does the caller know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. It identifies itself at the top of the call. Concealing it would be a bar problem in several states and a trust problem in all of them. Callers are told they are speaking to the firm's intake assistant and can ask for a person at any point.

What happens when a caller asks for a human?

The call transfers. Voice handles volume and hours you cannot staff; it does not hold a caller hostage who wants an attorney.

Who writes the qualification criteria?

You do. Category, injury definitions, exposure windows, statute exposure by state and any exclusions are your rules. Voice applies them consistently on every call, which is the part humans do unevenly at 2am.

Does it handle outbound as well as inbound?

Both. Outbound covers no-show recovery, missing authorisations, outstanding provider records and signature chasing: the follow-up that quietly decides whether a signed case ever completes.

How does it reach our case management system?

Consults, transcripts and qualification outcomes are written back to your intake and case management tools, so the call is not a separate silo you have to reconcile later.
